Changing Image Resolution Images Using Morpher

Maybe some of you will already know this application. But here I will review again on this application.

 
1. You open the program Image Morpher.
2. You select open image.
3. You select the image you want to change the resolution on.
4. You adjust the resolution as desired
5. Click Save As
